Review: I have just started using a dvd burner and I knew the media is just as important as the drive. I chose this brand based on reputation. I read the reviews and had the opportunity to get a good deal. I have a Sony 810A and so far there has not been any problems. They are little more scratch resistant than the recordable CD I have.

Strengths: 2nd Class Media by RitekG05 (Taiwan.
Weaknesses: Burning is not reliable Not play on my Symphonic DVD/VCR Player. Golden surface was not printable.
Review: I used NEC ND-3520A Burner with Nero 6 to burn some Maxell DVD-R media, then use Scandisk, it shows few bad sector here and there. I use Verbatim DVD-R disk, I burned it perfectly on the same ISO FILE. Conclusion, it is not a good disc and it is not a burning reliable. The DVD/VCR seems not to recognize the media. It played well on Memorex DVD Player.

Review: I first tried a 25 pack of these dvd-r media, and now I will not buy anything else. These have been the most reliable and all around best storage media. I have not burned one single coaster, and my cd-printer can print on the entire surfaceof the dvd.

Review: I got this pack because Memorex is known for it's quality; however, I was slightly disappointed by this pack so far. I like the fact that it is rated as 8x media; however, I've had a few coasters at 8x and it's more stable at 6x. I've tested other 8x brands and it works fine; however, this one isn't completely up to par.

Review: I've used this media before with my external 16x Lacie drive with the best results out of any other brand of lightscribe media. This is the recommended media for this drive and results show that line art is darker than other media tested for this drive. If you have a Lacie use this media.
